The given structural formula has got three −C≡N as functional groups.

Here we select a longest C-chain of 6 C-atoms and numbering is drawn from right so as to asign minimum locant (3) of the branching of −CH2CN (cyanomethyl grouop)

So stemname is hex and its prefix name with locant will be 3-cyanomethyl.After the stemname two suffixes (1)ane for saturated class and (2)dinitrile for two −CN group should be added to get the complete IUPAC name which becomes

3-(cyanomethyl)hexanedinitrile
