Newton's Second law of motion can be stated as

#F=ma#
where #F# is force applied, #m# is mass of the object and #a# is its acceleration.

It is given that race car travels at a constant speed. As the car is traveling at constant speed there is no acceleration, or #a=0#.

If we substitute #a=0# in the above equation we get
#m=F/a=19454/0#
Division by zero is not defined. Therefore, we are unable to find the mass of the race car.

We also know that velocity of an object must change whenever it is accelerated. As such in the present case, we can not find mass of the car from the given information.

Hope this helps.
