By Brønsted–Lowry acid–base theory, a species formed by the reception of a proton H by a base is a conjugate acid . Again the species formed by leaving a proton by an acid is a conjugate base.

So to get conjugate acid from a base we are to add one proton (H+) to it.
Hence by adding proton (H+) to HSO4 we will get the conjugate acid of the given base HSO4 and it is obviously H2SO4

HSO4+H+H2SO4
