I have assumed that you meant sin1(34) (without the period/multiplication)

If sin1(34)=θ then sin(θ)=34

Unfortunately this is not one of the standard "opposite side" over "hypotenuse" ratios.

For all practical purposes, the best you can do is use a calculator or spreadsheet. Your calculator may have a button labelled sin1 or arcsin; for most spreadsheet programs the function would need is asin(...)

Note that by definition, as a function sin1 (or arcsin) is restricted to a range of [π2,+π2]
