It involves the use of formatting with blank spaces to get all the parts lined up.
You can do this with hashtag color(white)(xxxxxxx) hashtag
Using a different combinations of letters, symbols in the bracket, you can get the spacing as you want it.
To draw a line above a row or numbers use:
hashtag bar(123456) hashtag
To draw a line below a row (like underlining) you can use:
#hashtag ul(123456) hashtag
