The longer the wavelength the lower the frequency. So red with the longest wavelength has the lowest frequency,
The color red is followed by orange , yellow green, blue, indigo, and violet.
violet which has the shortest wavelength has the the highest frequency.
The sky is blue because the shorter wavelengths of blue are refracted faster than the longer wavelengths. So what we see are the blue light waves.
