Zinc chloride (ZnCl2) is produced and hydrogen gas.

Explanation:

The reaction of a metal with a dilute acid produces a salt. The type of salt will depend on the acid.

Example (using dilute acids!):

Zinc and sulphuric acid will produce zinc sulphate
Zinc and nitric acid will produce zinc nitrate
Zinc and acetic acid will produce zinc acetate

...along with the associated H2 gas.
