The distance is =4.28m

Explanation:

The load L=6gN

The distance of the load from the fulcrum is =5m

The effort is E=7gN

The distance of the effort to the fulcrum is xm

In a situation of equilibrium, the moments are equal

So,

6*5=7*x

x=30/7=4.28m
