Parallel lines have same slope

Slope of first line $m_{f} = \frac{4 - 4}{7 - 6} = 0$ $m_f = (4-4) / (7-6) = 0$

Equation of second line passing through point (8,1) and parallel to first line is

$y - 1 = 0 \cdot (x - 8) = 0$ $y - 1 = 0 * (x - 8) = 0$

Therefore $y = 1$ $y = 1$ is the equation.
