Parallel lines have equal slopes
Slope of the line that passes through (4,3) and (6,1) is
=(1-3)/(6-4)
=-2/2
=-1
Let second line pass through the points(7,6) and (x,y)
If the second line is parallel its slope =-1
That means for every 1 rise in x there is 1 fall in y
Therefore (x,y)=(7+2) , (6-2)=(9,4)
