Since the area of the rectangle is given by:

$A r e a = s i d e_{1} \cdot s i d e_{2}$ $Area=side_1*side_2$

you can solve the equation:

$235.2 = 2.8 \cdot s i d e_{2}$ $235.2=2.8*side_2$

Then

$s i d e_{2} = \frac{235.2}{2.8} = 84$ $side_2=235.2/2.8=84$

To get the perimeter you can sum the sides and multiply by 2:
