The partial pressure of the collected gas is 750 mm Hg LESS the saturated vapour pressure of water at 27.0 ""^@C.

Explanation:

The saturated vapour pressure of water at 27.0 ""^@C (300 K) is [approx.](http://hyperphysics.phy-astr.gsu.edu/hbase/kinetic/watvap.html) 28 mm Hg. The actual value should of course have been quoted with the problem. Thus the partial pressure of the gas is 750.0 mm Hg - 28 mm Hg = 722 mm Hg.

Again I could not find the correct value on the interwebs.
