we know, Q=mSDeltaT

here,
Q= 106.5KJ
DeltaT = 15^0C
m = 10kg

so, we have
106.5 * 10^3 = 10 kg* 15^0C*S
on re-arranging,
rArr S = (106.5 * 10^3)/(10*15) J/(kg-C)
on solving,
rArr S = 710J/(kg-C)
