D-Glucose and D-ribose are not isomers of any kind. They are completely different compounds.
The molecular formula of glucose is C₆H₁₂O₆.
The molecular formula of ribose is C₅H₁₀O₅.
Isomers must have the same molecular formula, so glucose and ribose are not isomers.
