Just a few like the quasar 3C273 ( apparent magnitude 12.9) comes to your view through a small telescope.
Explanation:

brightness of its parent galaxy and make the galaxy dim.for view by
the powerful telescope that reveals the quasar at the center.
It is a scientific surmise that the star-like QUAsi-stellAR quasar is the
Black Hole center of a far-distant galaxy. It is a recent surmise that
the extremely bright specks are created by particles accelerating at
high speeds that approach the speed of light.
