A quasi-stellar quasar is a visible point source of light, millions/billions of light years away.
Explanation:
Quasar light is like stars'. It comes from active nucleus of most
distant Black Hole nucleus of a galaxy.
Its luminosity might be more than 1000 times our galaxy Milky Way's
luminosity.
Its mass might be a million times that of our star Sun.
Its distance from us might be millions/billions of light years.
