Sure. Not significant amounts, but sure. It has less than approximately 0.5%0.5% of Tyrosine (Tyr, Y).

It's richest in Gly (21%21%), Pro (12%12%), Hyp (12%12%), and Glu (10%10%). The rest of the amino acid composition (Ala, Arg, Asp, Lys, Ser, Leu, Val, Phe, Thr, Ile, Hyl, Met, His) is 10%10% or below. Again, this varies by gelatin sample.
