Does having anxiety attacks indicate that you have a weak heart or will have heart problems?

I would say no.

Explanation:

Many anxiety attacks will affect your heart, but not make it weak. Anxiety is emotional, and can lead to heart problems. But Anxiety itself is sign of an imbalance somewhere, it could be real, if you face life threatening conditions, or chemical imbalance, if you tend to over react negatively to stress. When I say "you" I don't mean you personally, but in general :)
