No, the Law of Definite Proportions applies only to compounds.
A compound is a substance formed when two or more elements are chemically bonded together.
The Law of Definite Proportions states that a compound always contains exactly the same proportion of elements by mass.
An element contains only one type of atom, so the Law of Definite Proportions doesn't apply to it.
