Mast Cells and Basophils.
Explanation:
Histamine is a chemical mediator, which takes part in allergic type of inflammatory reaction (hypersensitivity reaction). Histamine is stored inside the granules of Basophils and Mast cells and is released during inflammatory response.
Fig 1 : Following is a diagram of a mast cell. There are blue granules inside the cell. These granules contain histamine.
Fig 2 : This is diagram of an anaphylactic reaction (allergic type of inflammation). Here we can see the release of Histamine from mast cell.
Fig 3 : following is a diagram of a basophil. Here we can see the granules which store histamine to release during inflammation.
