How can Socratic see my contributions in countries?

Here's how that works.

Explanation:

The main idea here is that every time a student lands on an answer that you contributed to, you get a #+1# on the number of times your contributions have been seen and a small dot on your impact map.

The dots are distributed on your impact map based on the IP of the student.

For example, you have #4232# views in San Francisco, United States. This means that your contributions have been seen a total of #4232# times by students with IP addresses registered in that city.

This is how your impact map is able to trace the cities and countries in which your contributions have been seen.
