If G(x) is an antiderivative of f(x) and G(x0)=y0, then

G(x)=f(x)dx=F(x)+C,

where F(x) is any antiderivative of f(x).

Since

G(x0)=F(x0)+C=y0,

we have

C=y0F(x0).
