Your equations are

#y = 2x+1#
#2y = 4x +2#

Let's rearrange these to

(1) #y = 2x+1#
(2) #y = 1/2(4x+2) = 2x+1#

The two equations are identical.

You don't have to plot the graphs, because they coincide.
