How do lipids differ from proteins?

Explanation:

Lipids contain 3 elements C, H and O while protein contain C,H,O,N and S ( in few). The unit of lipids is triglyceride which contains 3 molecules of fatty acids and 1 molecule of glycerol. The protein molecules are made up of amino acids. There are more than 20 different amino acids.
Those lipids which contain saturated fatty acids are called Fats and are solid at room temperature while those which contain unsaturated fatty acids are called Oil and are liquid at room temperature. But protein do not concern with that.
