$x=-2$
$y=3$

$4x=-11+y$

$=> 4x+11=y$

And

$-6x-9=y$

As both are equal to y , they should be equal.

$4x+11=-6x-9$

$=>4x+6x=-9-11$

$=>10x=-20$

$=> x=-2$

Now put this value in any one of the equation to get value of $y.$

$y=-6x-9$

$=>y=-6(-2)-9$

$=>y=12-9$

$=>y=3$
