Meiosis one results in 2 haploid cells (duplicated), meanwhile meiosis two results in 4 haploid cells that are not doubled.

Basically, what this means is, in meiosis I, the process is to separate homologous chromosomes, meanwhile in meiosis II, the process is to separate sister chromatids.
