Do I have to? It has already been done by many a physical chemist and been given the name "Rydberg Constant".

R_H = DeltaH_(IE)("H")

= "13.61 eV"

= DeltaH_(IE)("He"^(+))

Why can I say this? How many electrons does "He"^(+) have?
