#dx/dy={(1+y)(2y)-(1+y^2)(1)}/(1+y)^2=(2y+2y^2-1-y^2)/(1+y)^2#
#dx/dy=(y^2+2y-1)/(1+y)^2, hence, dy/dx=(y+1)^2/(y^2+2y-1).....(star)#, i.e.,
