One can use the Ratio Test

Given: #a_n = (-1)^n/((2n-1)!)#

#a_(n+1) = (-1)^(n+1)/((2n+1-1)!)#

#a_(n+1)/a_n = ((-1)^(n+1)/((2n+1-1)!))/((-1)^n/((2n-1)!))#

#a_(n+1)/a_n = ((-1)(-1)^(n)/((2n+1-1)!))/((-1)^n/((2n-1)!))#

#a_(n+1)/a_n = ((-1)/((2n+1-1)!))/((1)/((2n-1)!))#

#a_(n+1)/a_n = ((-1)/((2n)!))/((1)/((2n-1)!))#
