Find arcsin (1/2)

sin x = 1/2 -> find x?

Trig table gives -> $sin x = \frac{1}{2} \to x = \frac{π}{6}$ $sin x = 1/2 -> x = pi/6$ or 30 deg

Trig unit circle gives another arc x that has the same sin value (1/2):

x = (180 - 30) = 150 deg

Answer within interval (0, 360): 30 deg and 150 deg
