Divide the percentage by #100#

When you divide the percentage by #100#, you get the decimal notation.

e.g.

#100/100##=##1# or #1.0#

#75/100##=##.75#

#50/100##=##.5# or #.50#

#25/100##=##.25#

#0/100##=##0#

Multiply the decimal notation by #100# to get the percentage.
