$(3-9)^3 = (-6)^3 = -216$ is a constant

So $f(x) = -216x$

We then use the power rule $d/dxx^n=nx^(n-1)$

Giving $f'(x) = -216$

Perhaps you meant to write $f(x)=x(3x-9)^3$ ?
