Slope of line $2y−1=0$ is $0$ and $1/2$ is its intercept on $y$ axis.

For this convert equation $2y−1=0$ in slope intercept form i.e. $y=mx+c$ . (Here $m$ is slope and $c$ in intercept on $y$ axis.)

Converting this becomes $y=0.x+1/2$

As such slope of line $2y−1=0$ is $0$ (i.e. it is parallel to $x$ axis
and $1/2$ is its intercept on $y$ axis.
