The equation of a line having a slope m and y-intercept c is represented by :
$y = m x + c$ $y=mx+c$ --------------(1)

we have, 3x+2y=10

$\Rightarrow$ $=>$ 2y=10-3x
y=(10-3x)/2
$y = 5 - (\frac{3}{2}) x$ $y=5-(3/2)x$

on comparing the above equation with (1)
m=-3/2
c=5
