For the equation y=-7
- the slope is 0
- the y-intercept is -7

Explanation:

The slope is defined as the change in y for a corresponding change in x
Since the value of y does not change (i.e. its change is 0) no matter by how much x changes,
the slope is 0

The y-intercept is the value of y when x=0.
y=-7 for all values of x
and therefore the y-intercept is -7

Note that the equation y=-7 is a vertical line, 7 units below the X-axis.
