The slope is "undefined"
There is no y-intercept

Explanation:

x=-2x=2 is a vertical line

slope is defined as (Delta y)/(Delta x)
but since the value of x does not change, Delta x = 0
and any attempt to evaluate the slope is an attempt to divide by 0

This line does not cross the Y-axis
and therefore there is no y-intercept.
