I found:
NO slope
and
NO y-intercept.

Explanation:

Well, this equation represents a perfectly vertical line passing through x=-7.
It has no slope because x never changes so the slope (representing the rate of change of y AS x CHANGES) cannot be evaluated.
Slope=(Deltay)/(Deltax)=(Deltay)/0=???
Being a vertical line parallel to the y axis it will never cross the y axis giving no intercept.
