Slope is -1.

Explanation:

When an equation is written in slope intercept form such as y=mx+c, note y is on LHS with coefficient 1 and x and constant term is on RHS, then m, the coefficient of x is slope of the line and c is intercept of the line on y-axis.

Here equation y=-x-2 is already in slope intercept form and hence slope is -1.
