I will take (x_1 , y_1)(x1,y1) as (4 ,3)(4,3) and (x_2, y_2)(x2,y2) as (-1 , 6)(1,6).

It doesn't really matter, you can take any way you want because the correct substitution into the formula is the important part.

Gradient = (6-3)/(-1-4) = -0.6=6314=0.6
