In order to find the slope of given equation, compare it with slope intercept form of an equation.

The slope intercept form of an equation is given by;

y=mx+c .......equation 1.
where,
m = slope and c = y-intercept

Now we have;
y=4x...........equation 2

Compare equation 1 and 2, we get
m = 4 and c = 0

Hence, the slope of given equation is 4.
