m = gradient
c= y intercept
x - y = 4
Step 1. Rearrange this equation to y = mx +c (isolate y, to make it by itself)
-y = 4 - x
remove the minus on the y, by multiplying both sides by -1
y= -4 + x
y= x -4
Thus, m = 1 (slope)
c= -4 (y - intercept)
