X-intercept x=1
Y-intercept y=1

Explanation:

The X-intercept is the value of x where the equation crosses the X-axis; since for all points on the X-axis y=0, this is the same as saying that the X-intercept is the value of x when y=0

Evaluating x+y=1 with y=0 gives x=0

Similarly, the Y-intercept is the value of y when x=0

Evaluating x+y=1 with x=0 gives y=1
