x-intercept: (9)
y-intercept: 6

Explanation:

Assuming the equation form we are looking for is linear
then the slope is constant

Slope between the general point (x,y) and (6,2) is the same as between (3,4) and (6,2)

y2x+6=423+6=23

3(y2)=2(x+6)

3y6=2x+12

3y=2x+18

When y=0 (the x-intercept) 3(0)=2x+18x=9

When x=0 (the y-intercept) 3y=2(x)+18y=6
