If you want to graph the equation using the intercepts, convert the equation into the Intercept-form.
i.e., x/a +y/b =1, where a is the intercept on X-axis and b of Y-axis.

we have,

3x-5y=-10

Dividing both side by -10,

y/2-3x/10 = 1

Or,

x/(-10/3)+y/2=1

On comparing it with the intercept form,

X-intercept = -10/3 and Y-intercept = 2

So in order to draw the graph of the following equation, you just have to join the points (-10/3,0) and (0,2) and extend the line as required.
