Let us select some values of $x$ $x$ in multiples of $5$ $5$ , such as ${- 20, 0, 20}$ ${-20,0,20}$

Corresponding values of $y$ $y$ are one-fifth of that i.e. ${- 4, 0, 4}$ ${-4,0,4}$

So the three points on graph would be $(- 20, - 4)$ $(-20,-4)$ , $(0, 0)$ $(0,0)$ and $(20, 4)$ $(20,4)$ .

As $y = \frac{1}{5} x$ $y=1/5x$ is a linear equation, hence straight line joining these points will give us the desired graph, which is like this
