y=2x3 is in slope-intercept form with
XXXslope of 2 and
XXXy-intercept of 3

A y-intercept of 3 means that we have a point on the line at (0,3)

A slope of 2 means that for every 1 unit we move in the positive x direction, the corresponding point on the line will go up 2 in the positive y direction.

Therefore we can deduce the points:
XXX(0,3)
XXX(1,1)
XXX(2,+1)
XXX(3,+3)
and so on.

Plotting these point and drawing a line through them should give you a graph like:
