This is the form y=mx+by=mx+b

Where mxmx is the slope and the bb value is the y-intercept

First plot the bb value in this case it is -5

Then from that point (0,-5)(0,5) use the slope to find the other points

Slope=(rise)/(run)Slope=riserun

Rise translates to the amount of units "up or down" you go

Up = Positive
Down = Negative

Run translates to the amount of units "left or right" you go

Left = Negative
Right = Positive

So starting from the point (0,-5)(0,5) go up 4 units and right 1 unit or down 4 and left 1 unit since they both make the slope of 4 --> (4/1) and ( -4/-1)(41)and(41)
