Since y=54x+2 is a linear equation, we only need to find two solution coordinates; plot them and draw a line through them.

Explanation:

y=54x+2 is a linear equation (in slope-intercept form, although I won't particularly use this information)

As long as we pick values of x that are multiples of 4, we we obtain integer values for y (which should make the plotting easier).

The values of x that I decided to use are 0 and 4 giving the (x,y) solution points (0,2) and (4,7)

Plotting these points and drawing a line through them produced the image:
