This is all one term, but there are brackets which we need to simplify first. There are 2 terms inside the bracket.

$2(color(blue)(1/10*2 1/4)color(red)(- 3/5))$

= $2(color(blue)(1/10xx9/4)color(red)(- 3/5))$

= $2(color(blue)(9/40 )color(red)(- 3/5))$

= $2xx((9-24)/40)$

= $2xx (-15)/40$

= $(-15/20)$

= $-3/4$
