Simplify #arctan (-sqrt3)#

Ans: #(2pi)/3# and (5pi)/3

Table of Special Arcs gives -->
tan x = (-sqrt3) --> arc #x = (2pi)/3# and arc #x = (2pi)/3 + pi = (5pi)/3#
